We planned a cycling trip in NZ and needed to find some bike boxes for our flight to Christchurch then back to Australia. Contacted Southland from Australia and they said no worries they would put two boxes aside for us. Just needed to contact them a week before we rode into Invercargill. Brendan and Brent could not have made us feel more welcome. They had the boxes ready to go and then delivered them to our accommodation. They even offered to pick us up the next day, boxes and all, and take us to the airport. Great service from great guys. Gotta love New Zealanders, they are so helpful.

Purchased a fat ebike via the website. It arrived in just over a week. Easy to assemble. Arrived already charged. Very comfortable seat and suspension. Smooth gearing, responsive brakes and more power than i expected from the battery powered motor. Overall a good experience

Have had our bikes for 3 months now so thought I’d write a review. I bought the Aspen plus for myself and the ET1000 large wheeled bike for my wife. Both are exceptional. I’ve compared mine to my fathers $6500 big brand bike, and although his has rear suspension I’d take the Aspen any day. It handles brilliantly on steep trails like the Dunstan rail trail, has stacks of power, and battery life is A1. The Shimano componentry works perfect. My partner is 5 foot 8 and the ET1000 is a bit big for her. Also the gearing is more street oriented. In hindsight we would next time look at the small wheeled ET1000 which would give her more control for the steep trails. All in all very happy, and Brent was great to deal with. Don’t waste your money on big brand bikes, get these they are brilliant. You’ll hit a home run.
